Doing Rotary Differently!
This past Saturday, the Rotary Club Scout Committee in conjunction with the Aviation Museum of Lexington, taught the Aviation Merit Badge to 24 Scouts from across the Blue Grass area. Special thanks to Rotarian Chris Campbell for all his hard work putting together the Merit Badge curriculum and for assembling an amazing flight crew of helpers, including Rotarians Dean Hammond, Bobby Owens, and former Rotarian Ed Murphy. Special thanks also to Hunter Moore, Operations Manager at the Aviation Museum, flight crew members Erica Gilbert and Jackson Webb, and Marlene Gonzalez, Blue Grass Council, Boy Scouts of America.
