Lentils are a great source of complex carbohydrates and plant protein! They are so cheap and easy to make. I added some onion, garlic, ginger, masala, tumeric, nigella seeds, poppy seeds, black pepper, paprika, chilli and a spoon of @biotiful_gut_health kefir yoghurt for some extra creaminess!
