When I tell yu I needed this night more than ever.. trying to parent, work, & maintain a certain lifestyle on top of everyday mental struggles takes a complete toll on your mental well being of not handled properly! & let’s just say I hit ROCK BOTTOM mentally… I was more so focused on embracing the moment and basking in my own company so I wasn’t able to get all of the content from my stay but understand that I cried, I prayed, I meditated, I screamed in every pillow and I embraced that moment 💕 this is your sign to pull away if necessary take all the time yu need to come back to YOU! Bad bitches have bad days too !!!
