Sauce’n Apparel started back in 2017. After some unexpected circumstances, I felt desperate to build something no one can take from me. To build and own something I get to call mine.

During that time, I was battling with finding and discovering my authentic self. Going through that journey, allowed me to build something that represented how I experienced that growth. I have never known how to live my life without God. My faith played a huge role in my choices and decisions.

The purpose of my brand, was to motivate others to allow themselves to feel and express themselves as they are. I always tried to water myself down for those who weren’t accepting of this dump truck personality I carry lol. We won’t be liked by everyone and that’s ok. We won’t be everyone’s cup of tea and maybe thats the point.

I learned over the years that by watering myself down, I was only washing away the Sauce that I was born with. And that’s just heart wrenching to think about. I am as I am and I am open to growth. As we all should be. That’s the only way we will find and be authentically and perfectly ourselves. Don’t water down your sauce. Enhance it.
