As Bloom is my mom’s maiden name, today was extra special to me. As a woman of only warmth, joy and love, I am certain that my Grandma was working her magic today to ensure that “In Bloom” was filled with those characteristics to the extreme. It truly is a family affair and in my eyes, today was for you ♡︎
Wow. There are so many words to say about the experience of the past week. The genuine support, positivity, and love for our team, our routines and our girls was one that I will remember for the rest of my life.
And this 2023-2024 OSUDT will always hold a very special place in my heart. Though our season was extended this year, it still doesn’t like enough time with these thoughtful, smart, kind, incredibly talented, and wonderful people that I am lucky enough to love and be around so frequently!
There is much more to say, but for now I say THANK YOU to @ohiostatedanceteam and @usa_cheer for this incredible opportunity, to our parents and families, and to @mmcghee65 + @p_bae_c for letting me be your 3rd PIC in this incredible program that you have created.

Living my absolute dream and a half with @djlolob and our 14 @lineagedanceco angels! The first year of having this group has exceeded all of my expectations tenfold - and I am SO very grateful to all of our girls and their families for this amazing season!

I have no words. For what this team did on the stage and how they touched the hearts of so many. For the outpouring of support as they walked out of the Arena on finals day. For the WORK that all 22 members of our team this year endured and how they gave their entire hearts & souls, whenever they touched the stage and in the many months before.
I LOVED this jazz routine. I loved how much our team loved to do it, and loved how it told their entire story in 2 minutes. And I loved how it made people FEEL. I could not be more lucky that I get to watch them dance every single day … it really never gets old! They are the definition of grit, perseverance, and dedication, and teach me (and many others!) so much about how to be better.
Thank you, girls, for wearing your heart on your sleeve and DANCING. Thank you for not being afraid to be undeniably you in everything that you do.
Thank you to everyone in our corner (parents, alumni, families, support staff, choreographers, consultants & more!) for giving your heart and soul to this program.

I love this video. Not only did it capture a moment that I have dreamed about and a memory that I know I will remember forever, but it is a visual reminder to me of many of the humans that I have in my corner and love so dearly.

@carsen.rowe - Thank you for teaching me everything I know about pom choreo. I have actually no idea why you asked me to assist you in 2020, but wow am I grateful for that! 2019 me would be so confused as to how I got here, but I have you to thank for that and for this moment.
@mmcghee65 - I don’t ever know how to thank you. You literally pick me up off the ground (after a couple of gentle back slaps 😘) time and time again. Thank you for keeping me by your side and for letting me be your right hand. I am who I am because of you and it is such a privilege to get to work with you every day.
@meaghanporter_ - You deserve every ounce of success that you have earned. You care so much and work so hard and inspire me to be a better coach for my own team! Thank you for bringing me along for the ride, for letting me be the cause of a breakdown or 2 (😘), and for being the best of friends.
@wlnvarsitydance - I am so proud of you … the work was worth it and you did it! 💪 Thank you for letting me change your dance on you however many times I please 🫶

I have always been proud to be a member of this program. The process and grind of blood, sweat, frustrations, laughs and tears that goes into what everyone sees as a 2 minute product is something that I have always loved, both while on the team and during my time after.
This weekend, I have been inspired by our own team in so many facets; how to be vulnerable, how to wear your heart on your sleeve, how to show up for the people that you love, and how to be a Buckeye. I have always been proud to be a member of this program, but I have never been more proud than I am right now.
Seniors - it has been the biggest blessing watching you grow throughout these 4 years, but this is only the beginning. Thank you for making me smile. Thank you for being a light to those around you. Thank you for teaching all of us to be better through your positivity. I could not love you more.
Proud. And I always will be.
