y'all, my li'l book is up for pre-order over at @aprilgloamingpublishing (& 🔗 in the b👁-0), due to start shipping out may 14. it's a book about my dead, but also my living. about how absence is a presence in me, or us. about being alone, too. it's been weird to cede this one to the world. i hope you like the poems inside here's a couple things in & around it: 1) a videopoem---dear cut-glass---which i made for @heavyfeatherrev a while back & am so grateful for the chance to share with that mag i love dearly (tytyty so much!) 2) a li'l erasure of one of the inventions poems, made by my dear friend & stunning poet @stone.spiral , who helped me greatly with this book. all the gratitude 3) the original invention, which was invented in @westbranchmag a couple years back in the lovely 100th issue, which is a massive honor to hold 4) a poem from the book you've probably never seen, which i rly like bc it has a cliff & cliffs are the world's front teeth 5) the actual (digital) artifact of this book April Gloaming designed, which features hagar and her son ismael (the son, too, of abraham) from the book of genisis. the story of hagar & ismael is, like most biblical stories, pretty bonkers and probably nsfw, ha! all love to AG for homing these poems :) rly i owe this books to bunches of people. I'll thank them all loudly & much other the months 😊

i thought maybe we were gonna land on the x but we just kept going. wouldn't those mountains make the perfect cousin? anyway a lot of great word machines and friend machines and anxiety machines and hunger machines got flipped on over the week(end) so thanks for all that, all of you. was/is extra rad to have been introduced not only to this lovely octavo produced in conjunction with @tiltedhouse but also (in some cases again) to the stellar people of tilted house, who amaze and astound in spades. thanks for hanging out. see you all later this year, hopefully. btw you can buy the octavo via tiltedhouse.org. it's a very satisfying thing to look at and feel, i promise. a little sad for me to read the poems, but an honor that they were (are) so well cared for now. i have to confess, i didn't really watch out for the forklifts, which were swarming all over kansas city, in the alleys and shrubs and on the river bank. they're very skiddish but they like whoppers. alright later friends. 1. a little mountain doodle 2. the newest little with other littles by adam strauss and @the.usual.variety via @tiltedhouse 3. the lovely @matbroaddus 's book courtesy of @ricocheteditions (thanks for the guinness and the hangs, my friend!! was rad) 4. fullly unfurled octavo 5. KC wildlife expo 6. a poem

Okokok! Here goes! Quite excited and honored and scared to have this little chap dropping with @bottlecappress , whom I love so dearly! There's a link in bye-0 to order or for more info! This project was swirling in me for a long time trying to get out and I owe much gratitude to @mathiassvalina for helping me unlock the gate and also giving me some paths to walk down. The poems respond/react to a single image of colonialist violence and its immediate particulars, which you can read more about via Bottlecap's site. If you snag it, I hope you dig it! Also! I'll be reading some poems from the chap (and other poems!!) at @surpriseanotherpoem next Sunday! If yr in PDX, come by. And if you want junk signed, hit the DeeEmms 'cause I'll have copies soon! Alright folks and forks and oaks and table legs, I'm so grateful for all yr support and all yr art and always ❤️ 💖 ✌️🤘

Really psyched to have a poem in the newest @sprungformal today 🤠🫎 I don't usually do poems "about" stuff in a regular sense but this poem--along with its siblings--is like a little landscape of a place I've held close to me for many many years. I'm just a little younger than some of the rocks and dusts and trees and shrubs there and I like that about it. We're contemporaries. Anyway it's a huge honor to share space with many truly amazing poets and writers and artists in this issue and for that I'm deeply grateful. Please check out their poems and arts and writings. The issue is fantastic. Mountainous thanks to the talented folks at Sprung Formal for letting me in on the fun!! I'll toss a 🔗 in the b-👀-0 to the full issue!! Also thx to my lovely supportive partner for the last photo of me probably about to trip or something.
