Having a sensitive sensory system and getting too much bad input can sometimes be overwhelming, but when you have sensory processing issues it’s not necessarily always just the bad input that you’re stuck with🙂.
Some people with this trait that are extra sensitive to certain input can also be extra sensitive to the good input, and when it comes to sensory activities there is so many cool and fun options 🙂🙂🙂👍❤️.
A lot of autistic people or ones with ADHD might be sensory seekers that regulate and balance out better when they have access to fun sensory activities or fidget toys 👍🙂.

Some Autistic people can sometimes struggle with socializing, and some won’t and can even be the life of the party 🙂. We are all different and have our own preference when it comes to the approach of socializing.
Depending on the social group it can also be draining for some because of the amount of energy it can take to mask one’s atypical traits to fit in.
Some might also find it hard because of the scripting and sensory aspect 😬.

For the last few weeks I’ve had the privilege of testing out the ENGWE X26 electric bike.

As someone who talks a lot about neurodiversity, getting outside and going on adventures is really important to me.
The sensory input I get from riding is amazing, feeling the wind in my hair, the sun on my face, and the ground under the wheels helps me feel more connected to the world and to myself.
Being out in nature and exploring new places has always been an adventure and very therapeutic for me. It provides a break from the usual routines and offers a fun and stimulating sensory environment.
Riding the ENGWE X26 has made it so much easier to get out and experience those moments of freedom and fresh air. Some of my favorite places to ride so far is the forest and the nearby abandoned airfield.
The natural surroundings really helps to clear my mind and reduce stress, our dog Arthur also loves to come along 🙂.

I have a question for you🙂. What animals scared of and wouldn’t want to meet in the wild?😱😬.
I think some of the animals that I don’t want to meet in the wild are Cockroaches, giant centipedes or camel spiders or possibly some called Tailless whip scorpions, those animals really gives me the creeps for sure 😅.
I bet they are friendly enough if you leave them alone, but I still would rather not meet them 😬. Note: I’m freaked out by loads of spiders and insects, but I still absolutely love jumping spiders, they are amazing.
A lot of these animals still really fascinate and amaze me though, and Mother Nature sure knows how to make amazing and resilient animals 🙂🤩.

I did it 🙂👍, I finally met someone else with Tourette’s syndrome 🙂.
I met up with @highfivemads and we had a great time, i was a bit worried because people with tourette’s might trigger each other 😬. We did trigger each other but it wasn’t a negative feeling, I think the difference is that we know how it’s like🙂. It was just a really cool achievement for sure, and I’m happy we met up!
I will be featured on his podcast sometime very soon, and it will be really cool!. It will be in danish, but i’ll be sure to let you know how it goes 🙂👍

Thanks for all your support and curiosity about the chewlery I use.
I mostly bought mine on either Amazon, Etsy or eBay, just search for chewlery.
The chewlery ring I use is my favorite atm. And doesn’t break even when I bite it rather hard: I put it on my wrist when I know I’m more likely to chew, it’s not my favorite stress and anxiety response but at least this helps a bit 😬.
Chewing gum can also help for sure, but if you’re one that chews on your shirt or fingers or nails I can definitely recommend getting a chewlery.
I came to Denmark from Colombia when I was 1 years old. I might visit one day, but atm I don’t have a need to 🙂. I did join Myheritage in hopes to figure out more but no luck so far, I’m very happy where I’m at though, but sometimes I’m curious 🙂.
