Parent’s Bed, Morning of Mama’s Funeral (2021)
I believe there is one absolute human occurrence - grief - as universal as life itself. Grief unifies all as the true cost of being human, & yet, it is rarely voiced, considered or discussed. For my MFA mid-residency, I am exhibiting 28 photographs that explore my experience with grief stemming from the passing of my mother in 2021.
