While at Download Festival I got a message asking if I wanted to fly to Copenhagen the next weekend to shoot a show. Which I I can't thank Victor and the DVNE guys enough for the opportunity. This was my first taste of a European festival and I gotta say I loved it, they even had bicycle parking and the toilets were so good compared to UK festivals!
We got the proper VIP treatment, literally flown in the morning of the show and flew back the following day. Private van with a driver, catering with beers and a bed for the night.
Unbelievable weekend in Ireland.
Thanks to @dogtiredmetal for taking me over and @tentonslug for bringing me over and their hospitality and everyone including @trenchknifeband absolutely brought the riffs.
Limerick has such an amazing metal scene and really made me feel at home.

That's us home now. Genuinely sad that I'm not in one of the six bunks in our wee mobile home.
Honestly can't thank the @iron_altar boys enough for the opportunity, the experience and the shan banter that we had over 10 days and 8 gigs. It's fun to work with a band and even more so when they're friends.
Also thanks to all the venues, staff, bands and other folk that let me chat away to them over the tour!
