Two years. For two year’s Putin’s Russia has been mounting war crimes, crimes against humanity, ushering the needless death of an estimated half a million people and acting as architect to an affront to the most basic human right: freedom. That this type of unprovoked tyranny hasn’t been abolished from our society with all of our information and knowledge is one of the saddest realities today. I know that Ukraine has fallen from the spotlight of the media long ago and we have the luxury of ignoring the daily casualties but Ukraine’s sovereign people are still relying on us.
