Cool off for Brat Girl Summer. Recipe for all x3 below👇   LEMON 🍋 3 lemons, peeled 1 can full-fat coconut milk ½ cup maple syrup 1 Aloha Lemon Cashew Protein Bar, chopped into small pieces   RASBERRY 💥 3 cups fresh raspberries ¼ cup maple syrup ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk 1 Aloha Raspberry White Chocolate Protein Bar, chopped into small pieces     BLUEBERRY 🫐 3 cups fresh blueberries ¼ cup maple syrup ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk 1 Aloha Blueberry Protein Bar, chopped into small pieces   1. Add ingredients (minus ALOHA bar) into a blender & blend until smooth. Pour mixture into ice cube molds and freeze until solid. 2. After frozen, add to food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until completely smooth. You may aid a table spoon of warm water to aid. 3. Mix in chopped Aloha protein bar and either serve right away for a softer texture, or transfer to a large container and freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Remove from the freezer and let the sorbet stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping and serving. #healthysnacks #proteinicecream #fruitsorbet #sorbet #recipes #summerrecipes #proteinrecipes #summersnacks

Time for a little summer chill? Try this nostalgic VEGAN Protein Blueberry Icebox Cake to cool off with something sweet 😋🫐☀️🧊 For the blueberry sauce: 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 2 teaspoons corn starch Juice and zest from 1 lemon For the cake: 4 Aloha Blueberry Protein Bars 2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream 5-6 sheets of graham crackers 1 cup vegan whipped topping Additional fresh blueberries, for decoration 1. Add all blueberry sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and place it on the stove over low-medium heat. Cook the blueberry sauce, stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes, or until the blueberries have broken down and created a slightly thick sauce. 2. Remove the blueberry sauce from the stove, transfer to a bowl, and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes before moving to the next step. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. 3. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, then place Aloha Blueberry Protein Bars in the bottom of the pan to create the base layer of the ice box cake. 4. Scoop one pint of vegan vanilla ice cream on top of the protein bars, and smooth the ice cream out with the back of a spoon or spatula into an even layer. Then, place a single layer of graham crackers on top of the ice cream, and half of the blueberry sauce over the graham crackers. 5. Scoop the remaining pint of vanilla ice cream over the blueberry sauce, and repeat the same process as the previous step with a layer of graham crackers, and an additional layer of the remaining blueberry sauce. 6. Transfer the prepared ice box cake to the freezer for about 4 hours, or until it’s completely frozen. 7. Then, remove the icebox cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften (so it’s easier to slice into). Top the cake with vegan whipped topping and fresh blueberries right before serving.
