Anything that increases BDNF is quite literally making you smarter, if you put it to use
Uridine - boosts dopamine, alertness, promotes neuronal membrane formation and mitochondrial function
Lions mane - protects against dementia, anxiety, depression, stimulates the growth and repair of nerve cells, increases soles of performance
Lutein - antioxidant in the brain, promotes eye health (for those of us who work in front of screens all day), enhances neural response and impacts memory and learning through BDNF increase
Blueberries - eating them literally makes you smarter through increasing BDNF, high antioxidant content; truthfully this is probably the best food we can consume on the day
Methylene blue: have you used this? I feel like it gets my brain going like the limitless pill. Hop on board now because prices have doubled since I started using it 15 months ago.
