Im a late bloomer… I spent my 20s partying it up with friends at bars, and my 30s trying to climb corporate ladders with a career change for it to all back fire due to a health scare. I’ve come to realize that the mind-body-spirit connection needs to be balanced in order for any success to happen long-term. That was a hard lesson for me to get but once I got it, my life has been energetic, joyful, & positive. Before I became a mom, I struggled with addiction. I struggled with the scarcity mindset which led me to work so much and still be broke. I had to pause and shift that energy pattern to work smarter not harder which really truly works. Age is just a number. Thoughts are things. Good and bad things pass. I can be the enemy or… A cheerleader for me. At the end of the day I’ve learned to truly listen to me & my Higher me. True story Level 1 Autism diagnoses… My son was diagnosed as level 1 autism a couple of years ago and has gone through ABA, and various therapies for help. I learned that emotion was something some autistic kids (and adults) lack so despite this funny post, it’s actually very real in my gratitude for him knowing and feeling emotion. As parents we’re just here to love and support unconditionally our offspring so whatever he’s going through (and he’s gone through a lot already) he chose me and his dad to navigate through it with him. ❤️ I’m learning SO much about this and getting a ton of parent trainings as well which Im more than happy to share with you. As the summer hits… Shirts are off and looks and curiosity is high when my kiddo has his shirt off. So I’m hoping this reel hits everyone unaware of G-Tubes. I didn’t know what one was until my son was transferred to the NICU after I gave birth to him so I get it trust me. He doesn’t eat like a typical kid and has a scar from being gtube fed for 2 years. In his gtube was liquid nutrients and he needed to be fed that way because he had a tracheostomy for his lungs to get oxygen and for him to breathe. He was born with severe underdeveloped lungs. I hope this brings some understanding. This really happened… You don’t need to believe this But I do, and having this perspective helps me lighten things up in life and not taking things so seriously. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. Living here in the US has its challenges, but also we have the opportunities to rise, to create, to help people, & do amazing things before our body deteriorates & our souls goes off to its home or gets reincarnated if the soul/spirit chooses to do so….
