On this last day of Mental health awareness month I wanted to share my top 5 tools and tips that I use on a regular basis to assist my mental health. There is a lot of tragedy and heartbreak in the world right now. With the mass shootings in Texas and Buffalo my anxiety has been triggered and perhaps yours has too. I pray for these families and think about them every single day. As my heart breaks for them I rely on these tools to lift me back up.
