1 week out check in
Feel totally depleted as required and went to some dark places this week to get there.
Cardio has been dropped and extra fuel today and hopefully start feeling a little more normal 😁

The days are long, the pump is non existent, everything is an effort but I am loving the process. Been here many times before so I know the drill, head down stay disciplined and keep ticking those boxes.

Not feeling the greatest today and have spent most of the day sleeping. Praying I've not got a virus to deal with at this stage and tomorrow I'll be fresh as a daisy.

Feeling extremely flat and depleted as expected at this stage. The drying out process has started and things are becoming clearer. Still a bit more to come and I'm confident that my coach of 6 years @david_henderson___ will safely land me on the runway come July 6th.

The excitement is building now and looking forward to what it is can bring to the stage he stage July 6th.
Been the toughest week so far, everything is an effort and I feel like I'm walking in quicksand. I love it though, the greater the struggle the greater the reward 👊💪
