Our hotel scheme in Manchester City Centre for client RJR Securities is successfully complete, representing the 8th Maldron hotel completed with our long-term partner Dalata Hotel Group, Ireland’s largest hotel operator.🙌
We are immensely proud to have worked with the client and consultants to bring the scheme forward, with the hotel now already open to guests.
Adding to our growing portfolio across the UK, this milestone is testament to our team’s expertise and reliability in delivering quality turnkey hotel developments, with another hotel soon to complete in Liverpool under the Maldron brand.

From rendering to reality: Swipe through the album to see @BDO_Canada ’s Toronto HQ come to life!
For this project, BDO Canada consolidated two financial core office locations into one centrally located hub at @Cadillac_Fairview ’s TD Centre at 222 Bay Street. Pentacon was engaged as construction manager for the new workplace, working in collaboration with the @ColliersProjectLeaders project management team.
Designed by @IBI_group (now part of @ArcadisGlobal ), the multi-floor space supports 230 BDO staff and includes a reception area, café/lounge, collaborative meeting spaces, an open area with workstations, and executive offices.

Ontem, 19, realizamos a 2ª Reunião Ordinária da Câmara Temática (CT) de Sistemas Agroalimentares e Grupo de Trabalho de Economia Circular - CEBDS.
O evento que contou com a Bayer, associada ao CEBDS, como anfitriã, teve o intuito de promover a troca de referências sobre as temáticas de modelos de negócios para circularidade, métricas para produção regenerativa e indicadores de identificação em forma de monitoramento.
Além das discussões temáticas, o encontro também foi uma oportunidade para abordar as agendas da CT e do GT para os próximos meses. Os participantes discutiram sobre métricas e modelos de negócios circulares e regenerativos, além de rastreabilidade na cadeia produtiva no Brasil, em uma dinâmica de grupo que fomentou a troca de ideias e a construção conjunta de soluções.
Contamos com a presença das associadas Amaggi, Syngenta, Nutrien, Marfrig, Ambev, Ambipar, Nestlé, Unilever, Yara, JBS, Siemens, Arcadis e Allos.

Our #Edinburgh studio marked an important milestone this week with plans approved for Summix’s Central Quay scheme in #Glasgow . Once completed Central Quay will feature more than 400 private apartments, over 900 student apartments alongside commercial spaces set within a landscape of new public spaces and private residential courtyards.
Inspired by the drumlins (hilly glacial deposits) on which Glasgow was built, we have designed a multi-functional landscape that re-introduces nature back into the city. The playful amenity spaces, trees, sunken rain gardens, grassy mounds and wildflower meadows laid onto the masterplans urban grid will add much needed green space to this area west of the M8 and Expressway.
We’ve also been appointed to take forward the next phase of Maybury Quarter - another Summix scheme - which will see the regeneration of the 15.5 acres former Saica pack facility in West #Edinburgh . Initial proposals for this flagship low carbon neighbourhood aim to deliver a mix of uses including housing, hotel, commercial and retail alongside new public realm.
