The last past year has been difficult healthwise;
I've had a partial excision of the cervix to remove cancer cells (for the 2nd time in my life) a year ago.
The healing was difficult to say the least.
Healing from it + my extremely hectic/busy life lead me to a burnout.
Ensued a horrific and continuous endometriosis flare-up. For months, daily I dealt with chronic pain (extreme lower belly, and lower back pain).
I was put on meds for several months, I didn't feel like myself and had no strength to exercise.
It has been about 9 months since I last exercised.
But I have put an end to this today!
I started running again (exercise is great to diminish endometriosis flare ups).
I decided to stop drinking (except for the super rare bday Champagne treat). Drinking also worsen endometriosis symptoms.
Why am I telling you this?
Because a lot of you have probably noticed I'm not quite myself anymore, and it's been a while.
Now I want to proactively change this and get my old self back!
