TAG A FRIEND Took a week off from the gym because I injured my finger so you know I had to make this first workout back an epic one! Felt really nice incorporating some new moves and revisiting ones I haven’t done in ages. Hope everyone’s having an amazing week 💪🏼

TAG A FRIEND Love switching up my workouts and taking it outside. A change of scenery and environment can sometimes make all the difference. Was able to utilize some fun things from the playground. Who knew using the track ride for abs could be a thing 😅 Was probably my fav out of all the exercises 🙌🏼

TAG A FRIEND Tried out @chrishemsworth workout today! 10 rounds of these 7 exercises (10 reps each) continuously will definitely make you work. Sometimes it’s not about how heavy the weight is, but what you do with it. Let me know if you try this one out 💪🏼 Reverse Curls x 10 Shoulder Press x 10 Overhead Tricep Extension x 10 Squat x 10 Bent Over Row x 10 Split Squat x 10 Twists x 10

TAG A FRIEND Been going hard, working on my core strength and it’s felt amazing! So many fun movements I’m trying to work my strength and ability up to. Worked out this morning to start the day and week off right. Setting the bar higher and higher & giving my all each time I step in the gym makes these sessions so exciting and keeps me motivated for more 🙌🏼

TAG A FRIEND This one wasn’t a walk in the park I can tell ya that much lol. It was an early AM workout and I was running on little sleep. Some days my energy is flowing high and others it can be more of a struggle - today was a digging deep kinda day. I told myself we are finishing this week off strong! At the end of the day it’s about showing up, giving your best and finding that fuel inside of you to keep moving one step closer towards your goals 👊🏼
