Update: Since my tweet, communication from @SWGas to @CorpCommAZ has transpired. An email sent by VP of Regulation was at 1:22pm that provided an incident update to all commissioners. Also @CorpCommAZ provided the update below since then too. The gas leaks happened at 10:35am.
I’ve also had three phone calls with the company with updates. It’s critical that safety and public information is given by the company as promptly as possible. As a regulator, I’m then able to communicate to customers who contact my office. #SafetyFirst
