A weekend of doing nothing involved a lot of something. A lot of sipping lattes and cups of tea. A lot of chocolate croissants. Many bowls of soup in various spots around my apartment. A quick trip to Janey’s (ok 2 trips). But it still served its purpose. I got sick on Thursday and it felt like a forced slow down that I needed. Many lattes and bowls of soup later and I’m feeling much better. I might try doing nothing again next weekend. 🤗
So thankful for my people! This week was epic. The places were cool (like super cool), the experiences were many and amazing but what truly made all of this so memorable and worth celebrating are the awesome people I got to do everything with. ❤️🤗
Met some really cool people this week, saw an awesome sunset, went to my favorite places, checked out some new ones and remained focused on my why. The day to day routine can get boring. The mundane is where people get lost and want to give up. The journey isn’t filled with constant excitement and motivation. Micro moments of excitement and joy break up daily routine that so many get bored with. Get out there, live your life while your steady chasin’ your dream. ✨
Note to self, this is just the beginning. 🩷 Reflecting back on my week reminds me just how much I have to be grateful for and lights me up for what’s ahead!
