Whether you’re practicing your posing, or you’re a model, dancer, or creative professional, our Mascot studio offers the ideal environment.
Our spacious 150 square meter studio is filled with natural light during the day and features polished concrete floors, air conditioning, bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a full mirror wall. Plus, it’s in a prime location just 15 minutes from the airport with free parking!
This fantastic studio space combines functionality, aesthetics, and convenience to help you bring your vision to life.
Posing Clients: Enjoy a 30-minute private posing slot for only $20 per person.
Event or Project Hire: Use the space for your projects or events at $100 per hour or $750 for 8 hours.

When Madi went into her back pose, it was extremely clear that her back was not symmetrical and she had a lot of restriction in her right side caused by her scoliosis & spinal fusion.
We aren’t all symmetrical (duh, we are human)
Most athletes have some form of imbalance, or in Madi’s case, a long term imbalance which can dramatically impact what the judges see on stage.
Bodybuilding is judged on symmetry so.. how do we fix an athlete? We pose them for their physique. And we know how 😉

There are no surprises here - you ALL guessed it! We would like you all to welcome @melfletcher__ to APS as our ✨NEW✨ female posing coach.
Mel began her posing journey with us over four years ago, and now she’s returned to share her expertise as a coach! This is a truly special, full circle moment, and we are thrilled to have her back at APS.
She is an incredible athlete and recently won her Bikini Pro card at the @ifbbproleagueoz Nationals. She has competed in @icn_nsw fitness and sports, earning numerous medals, and then moved on to compete with the IFBB Pro League.
Mel will be available to teach private lessons for females, specialising in IFBB Bikini, ICN Bikini, Sports & Fitness, and NBA Bikini. She will also be sharing her tips and tricks at our popular group classes.
