Big congrats to the cast and crew of THE SPEEDWAY MURDERS, a true crime documentary shedding light on the 1978 Burger Chef murders, arriving in theaters and on digital in the U.S. today! The new film, directed by Australian duo Luke Rynderman and Adam Kamien, takes a unique approach by centering the victims through its dramatic reenactments and walking audiences through four different theories on how the infamous murders took place. THE SPEEDWAY MURDERS stars AiF member Essie Randalls, was produced by Charlie’s resident Anna Vincent, and was co-written and co-directed by Charlie's resident Luke Rynderman! And a special shoutout to former AiF intern Slade Camilleri, who worked as a production assistant on the film. #TheSpeedwayMurders @verticalentertainment @lukerynderman @adamkamien @essierandles @anna.v.insta @fiftyshadesofslade

Auditions can be tough… but they don’t have to be! You might feel like you’re working against an invisible set of criteria, unsure of how to best present yourself for a role. Which is why we’ve called on two casting veterans – Barbara McCarthy and Anousha Zarkesh – to illuminate the process in both the U.S. and Australia. Casting everything from Sundance darlings to studio films to streaming hits, these two experts will delve into the art of mastering the audition and callback process, as well as the differences between the American and Australian approaches, how to stand out while fitting in, mental health tips, and, no doubt, some amusing cautionary casting tales! RSVP link in bio. Monday, June 24, 5 p.m. PDT Tuesday, June 25, 10 a.m. AEST If you would like to unlock Hollywood, become an AiF member to gain access to our Global Industry Sessions and more. @sarah_snook is on a roll! Deadline announced ALL HER FAULT, a new Peacock thriller series that Sarah will executive produce AND star in! 3 BODY PROBLEM director Minkie Spiro is set to direct the first episode and executive produce the series as well. According to the announcement, “ALL HER FAULT opens on a plausibly terrifying situation that eventually unearths the deep secrets of a community. Marissa Irvine arrives at 14 Arthur Avenue, expecting to pick up her young son Milo from his first playdate with a boy at his new school. But the woman who answers the door isn’t a mother she recognizes. She isn’t the nanny. She doesn’t have Milo. And so begins every parent’s worst nightmare.” Consider us hooked. We can’t wait to see ALL HER FAULT enter production and eventually arrive on our screens! @sarah_snook @minkiespiro @peacock
