“I think people can really appreciate what kind of musicianship it takes to pull off the soundtrack. The big band jazz is very technical, and the drum solos are crazy. When people see that all happen, all of those solos live on stage in perfect sync with the movie. Years later, he was commissioned to photograph the final stages of our building, built upon that same rubble. 🎼 We met @shekukannehmason for a mesmerising moment before his recital with @isatakannehmason in our Hall a few weeks ago 🎻🎟️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 This arrangement of Myfanwy, originally written by Welsh composer Joseph Parry, created a perfect sea of calm before the concert ⭐️ 🎵 Sheku returns to our Hall in October, performing Shostakovich’s Cello Concerto No 2 with the incredible @sinfonia_of_london and conductor John Wilson 🎹 ⬆️ Discover more classical shows in our linkinbio 🔗

Legendary sisters Katia and Marielle Labèque recently performed Philip Glass’s Cocteau Trilogy for two pianos in our Hall🎹✨ During the performance an impressive chandelier was suspended above the stage and fragrance diffused into the auditorium to bring an additional dimension of bespoke lighting and fragrance design by @maisonfranciskurkdjian to the performance🎆💫 Here is a Timelapse of the intricate chandelier being assembled by our brilliant stage and tech team🤩⚡️

The iconic @officialbethgibbons graced our stage last week to perform her spectacular new album, Lives Outgrown✨🎵 The former Portishead artist spent a decade shaping this solo record, experimenting with sound through found objects. The result is an extraordinary melding of genres, translating into a captivating performance🎸 💫 Who else was there for the encore?!😎
