The Portland Beer and Cheese Fest is this Sunday at @baumansonoak . This event is curated by @portlandbeerweek with master cheesemonger @cheesebarpdx who meticulously samples and pairs individual beers with singular artisanal cheeses to create mind blowing pairings. Sadly, Steve says this will be his last fest! This year there will be 10 pairings, including two with @baumanscider . Also @saltandstraw will be scooping their Russian River Brewing ice cream with manchego cheese. The very first Beer & Cheese Fest was held at the original @commonsbrewery on SE Stephens in 2012! With the new Bauman's on Oak taproom it will have an indoor and outdoor component and more intimate experience. Dont miss it.

We took a trip to England with our friends from @portlandcider and @2townscider for the International Beer and Cider Awards! We feel so lucky to be a part of Oregon’s Cider renaissance and to be honored on this International stage- together, Oregon Cideries took home 9 medals, and Portland Cider won Best in Show for their Original Gold! We were also treated to a quick English Cider tour by our dear friend and legendary Cidermaker Tom Oliver - swipe to see @tomoliverscider , @rosscider , @ifordcider , and @thelondonciderhouse !
