Honoured to have joined Karen Bornarth (Executive Director of the Bread Bakers Guild of America), Dawn Woodward (Evelyn’s Crackers, Toronto) and Issa Niemeijer-Brown (Gobroeders Niemeijer, Amsterdam) today at the Baking Association of Canada’s annual trade show for an informal panel discussion around ‘Artisan Baking Into the Future’. No one knows what the future holds, but after so many great conversations over the last few days, I am feeling renewed optimism about our industry.
