✅ Do you listen and cater your clients need???? Sometimes a client shows you their Inspo but they’re not actually inspired by all of it so ask. Ask what they love about the look, what they’d change or add ask what don’t they like about it.
✅Be ready to listen to what they’re actually saying. Sometimes they are scared of certain tones, colours or techniques with good reason so instead of trying to convince them that your way is the best way listen and meet them in the middle. You can offer your professional suggestions without dismissing their opinions.
✅Consult them on the areas they’ve expressed fear or discomfort with it doesn’t always need to be a grand surprise at the end. For example if your client is scared of brows looking a certain way show them a sneak peek of what your brow process looks like…. A comfortable and trusting client is a returning client and one that recommends.
