How Sebastian don’t speak English but he still gonna lie! Men lie in all languages! He has a Russian girlfriend…we met. James sees them all around town together.😂

It was so much drama in Skid Row yesterday. Mercedes showed up to work late, but at least she came and she did a great job.

I remember being young…embarrassed to help my mother carry groceries on the bus. Being embarrassed standing in the bread and cheese line with my grandmother. We weren’t also dealing with homelessness. ❤️🙏🏾✊🏿

I wanted to feed the homeless encampment that we found last time we were in Sacramento. It was in the cut, not a lot of resources, but the people were so pleasant. I wanted them to have the experience of building whatever they want on a sandwich. Ur donations at work.❤️

Triple digits in Sacramento. We served cold cuts with all the toppings as well as cold salads. My vision was Subway…how’d we do?

We could fly to Sacramento, which would be a shorter trip. I prefer driving in the van, which allows us to bring all of these amazing donations with us. Saturday service in Sacramento.

Providing choices is important but can also be overwhelming. I try to be patient knowing that I’m not the only voice in their head. Mental illness, PTSD… King did very well ❤️🙏🏾✊🏿
