@beelinemoto kindly sent me their new Moto II, and I must say, it was incredibly simple to set up and get running. 👌
The unit itself is beautifully designed, featuring practical button navigation for the user interface. The lights and sounds are clear and easy to see and hear while riding your bike. I also recently used it while driving my car, and it was just as easy to follow along. I was very surprised with the long battery life the Moto II has. 🔋
However, one thing to note is that the standard mounting system that comes with the unit is a bit fiddly with the rubber bands, so I recommend investing in the bar clamps, which are sold separately. ✍️
For a navigation system, this is perfectly priced considering all the features it offers.
I'm thrilled to be among a select few creators trying this out. I'm excited to use the Moto II as my permanent navigation system instead of mounting my phone, which could potentially damage its cameras or internals. If you have any questions, drop them in the comments. 👇

My favorite Moto GPS just got an upgrade 🚀
I’ve been using the @beelinemoto as my main GPS for over a year now, so I was really excited when @beelinemoto told me they were releasing a new device and I could take it for a test ride early 😄🏍️
My first impressions:
🗺️ Turn-by-turn: Navigating complex routes is a lot easier, it’s been a game changer honestly
☀️ Screen: More glanceable and easier to see in sunlight, but still subtle enough to blend in to the bars
🔔 LED and Beeps for turning: They’ve listened to feedback and made it easier to notice important turns
🧤 Buttons: Bigger and easier to press with gloves on
🔋 Battery: 14 hours of battery, it’s lasted me a few days riding without charge already!
🔌 Accessories: A new powered mount and USB-C charging makes it easier to stay charged on long rides
Above all, I’m happy to recommend a company that listens to their community and follows through with crowdfunded promises. The @beelinemoto 2 does everything we’ve been asking for and more 🎉

The wait is SO nearly over.
After over a year of design, engineering, beta testing and refining we are so excited to say that manufacture is well under way and we will be launching Moto II on Wednesday 29th May.
As many of you know, we launched a Kickstarter campaign in February. The first batch of devices will be sent to our Kickstarter backers and a selection of retailers. However, everyone else will be able to reserve a device in the second batch on the launch day! We expect to ship this second batch around early July.
