Happy Easter! Hope you had a great one! I was completely inactive due to choosing to spend time with my family over anything else. I am willing to sacrifice everything but my family. Be present with people you love & care about. Be FULLY present in that business meeting... Yet... when that meeting is over and your with your family... leave it BEHIND! Moments are what life is made off. Do not be half present with your life. Each interaction might be your last. Each day God gives me is a blessing. That’s why I drastically reduced/eliminated social media these past few days. I will soon be leaving and I wanted to make sure I get the most out of the family time I had. Have a blessed day! “I found a missing piece of my masculinity” @thechriswilliamsig has started his training & fitness journey with me because he was tired of not being the man he deserved to be. Due to a bad back & not being fully comfortable with his weight he was reluctant about getting into the gym... However recently we got him started on his gym journey and he said he found a missing piece of his masculinity in the gym! This was really monumental for me, as I observed the same thing for myself. The harder I go in the gym the more confident I feel. I noticed that being in great physical shape and giving my all in the gym has been critical in building my confidence. As you can tell from the snippet from the coaching call I had with @thechriswilliamsig he went into the gym and found the missing piece of his masculinity! Chris even said that this is the turning point! We have Chris on one of my long term programs. We will keep you updated on his progress!

Hey! Happy New Year! I want to wish you all the best for 2022! I wish you more family time! I wish you more clarity! I wish you more happiness! I wish you more financial success! I wish you better health! I wish you all the best! One important thing is.... Who do you want to be in 2022? How does that person... Dress? Talk? Feel on a daily basis? Do habitually? Go about their day? Structure their routines? Treat others? Treat themselves? All these are important questions. Decide what are your goals, and act as though you already have it. Feel those emotions, embrace their identity. Most importantly, follow their actions! Hope this helps! If you have problems finding clarity... Here is a intermediate chest workout for you! Just in case you didn’t catch it in the video, here’s a workout breakdown for you: 1. Ring dips 4 sets 6-10 reps 90-120sec rest between sets 2. Ring Push Up 4sets 10-12 reps 60-90 sec rest between sets 3. Ring Fly 3 sets Max reps 60-120 sec rest 4. Workout finisher (Early intermediate) Push up with focus on squeezing the chest 3 sets Max reps 60 sec between sets 5. Intermediate/advanced Plyometric Push Ups 4 sets Till form failure (not having the same explosiveness) Is this style of workout routines useful? Or would you prefer a “slide workout”? Background speech and music by @makaveli_motivation and Andy Frisella I recommend you do this training 2x a week and focus of feeling your chest throughout each exercise for best results! After a very long journey of being someone who could be proud of repping @barbrothers 🔥🤙🏻🙏🏼 i have now made some choices that made the rest inevitable..... That being that I am no longer someone who will be associated with @BarBrothers due to my choices, which were very difficult, yet necessary😕 That being said I chose to use the marginal support granted via supplements to help me achieve my ultimate goal! I will do whatever it takes to be the first calisthenics athlete who’s on a #vegan diet to WIN a show! And that being the reason I shall no longer represent #BarBrothers . This choice and decision about the future were made in agreement with @lazarnovovic and @barbrothers The purpose of the video is to demonstrate for all of you guys that I still will be making sure to be a true calisthenics athlete! And the deeper message behind the video is that whatever we are doing will be difficult, there are no easy parts to success! That is why when you’re going along hardships to your success you should be proud of who you are and represent that clearly! At the end of the day it is crucial to follow your heart and intuition, and for me I am following my dream of becoming a true bodybuilder and prepping for a show that I will have to fight to achieve!
