An instant classic, 2023 Tidal Bay is the perfect wine to pair with Nova Scotia seafood and a hot summer day at the beach (or lake, or pool). As elegant as it is refreshing, Nova Scotia's signature wine is certain to be a crowd-pleaser wherever it's poured.
#Didyouknow that at least 51% of Tidal Bay wines have to comprise of L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, and Geisenheim?
The remaining 49% is where winemakers can be inspired to choose from other grape varieties including Chardonnay, New York Muscat, and Scheurebe to create their signature Tidal Bay blend.
