We were so happy to have been invited to curate a wellness hour for the good folks over at KIPP Public Charter Schools last week. Educators are such a critical part of our infrastructure!

We provided a beginner-friendly 45 minute yoga class, followed by a 15 minute sound bath. We brought three instructors so that students had ample support.

It left us all feeling connected, open, and grounded.
