Meet the #GLORY30X30 : @CommonFroot founder and president @BradleyBlaylock stands at the forefront of Canada’s 2SLGBTQ+ marketing landscape. With a decade of experience, Blaylock’s journey began as Director of Marketing at IN Magazine, where he recognized the need for authentic queer-focused campaigns. Common Froot, his brainchild, has since become a trailblazing agency, renowned for partnering with national and global brands like Absolut Vodka, L’Oréal Canada, and PUMA. Beyond innovative Pride festival support, Bradley champions year-round community engagement, raising/allocating over $118,000 for 2SLGBTQ+ charities. His relentless advocacy for genuine queer representation not only reshapes industry norms but also inspires a future where inclusive marketing practices lead to meaningful societal change and acceptance.

It’s been a year since I launched @commonfroot . Something I never thought I’d say.
This past year has been filled with challenges, but was also more rewarding than I could have ever imagined.
I started this agency with a vision to make a difference in the way that brands connect with the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I wanted to fight against pink-washing and help to create more authentic representation of Queer voices and perspectives in marketing and media. My aim was to uplift the community by creating campaigns that amplified authentic voices, helped to establish new and existing Queer programs, and provided new opportunities to educate and advance corporate organizations in diversity and inclusion.
Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to work with 9 incredible brands, produce over 20 events, support 9 2SLGBTQ+ grassroots organizations, and work with countless artists and pink businesses. Looking back at all of the photos and memories, I’m in awe of everything we’ve accomplished.
None of this would have been possible without the support of the Toronto Queer community and its collectives, artists, and beautiful minds who have supported us along the way. I am filled with gratitude and love for each and every one of you. You’ve all taught me so so much! And a special shoutout to @me_primeau and @campo_ , who have been there since day one! <3
Here’s to another year of being Queer! 💕✨
