it’s been almost 10 years since that magical day @robdyrdek wrote it in the sand and told me he loves me for the first time.
coming back and writing i love you’s in the sand with the perfect little family we’ve made since then was absolutely surreal. there’s truly nothing i love more than this beautiful, magical, blissful love and life we share. i still catch myself all the time wondering.. 𝘮𝘦? 🥹
but every day, in every way he shows his love for us in more than just words. and i hope whoever is reading this has or finds that too bc there’s no better feeling in the world than knowing your heart is safe with the person you love.
9 years ago @robdyrdek nearly cleared out his bank account to buy this land. Knowing we couldn’t afford to build a house on it right away, but going through the steps to understand what our dream home would be and how much it would cost, gave him a tangible goal to work towards so we could spend the rest of our lives there. Someday.
That 9 year journey was never supposed to take 9 years. He designed and completely redesigned a whole new house countless times over those years. People were starting to think it wasn’t going to happen, or that we had given up on that dream. Some people also thought the houses we were remodeling and moving into were our dream home. But his vision wasn’t just a goal or dream.. it’s always been destiny.
A beautiful destiny that has evolved over the years as our love, life and family has. What was originally going to be a giant house for the 5 kids we thought we wanted to have (LOL @ younger us) is now comfortably being built for a perfect family of 4, where many generations will gather to celebrate love and life under one roof, even after we’re long gone.
Today.. finally.. after all the dreaming impossible dreams, working so incredibly hard, never giving up despite all the set backs, dead ends, trees, permits, HOA, weather and absolute chaos.. it’s really finally happening.
Today a beautiful brand new chapter into our forever unfolds as we break ground on forever estates 🏡🤍

6 years ago, the most magical 6lb 14oz baby girl changed us forever in all the best ways.
it has truly been one of my favorite things in the world getting to watch her find her voice, spread her wings and enchant us all with her silly curiosity and boundless joy as she confidently and fiercely chases after all her biggest, wildest dreams.
