As someone who’s raised in the Philippines, I’m CRAVING halo-halo 24/7! Although the halo-halo in this cafe isn’t the traditional kind w/ crushed ice & condensed milk, I LOVE their version of a slush-like halo-halo w/ brown sugar~ It’s less messy to eat + less watered down!! I’m also not a huge fan of red bean, so it’s a plus that they don’t serve it w/ rb! Additionally, the ube ice cream is SPOT-ON✨
₊⊹ Items are definitely pricier compared to other cafes & desserts.. however, this place is definitely worth a visit! Super unique flavors + such cute decors!! Would for sure come again 🤌🏼

I’ve been so obsessed with this place ever since some of my roommates told me about it & I wish there was one closer to UCLA 🥲 Both the SD & Northridge location have amazing service and a spacious, homey interior where you can sit with your friends or do work!
Their menu also has a HUGE variety of options, and I especially like getting the ube latte with a shot of espresso, the churrochi with ube ice cream, and the ube cheesecake. For people with a sweet tooth, the ube monster milkshake is also very yummy and comes with Oreo!! 🍪🎂🤤
