2023 Life Lessons
Be gentle with myself. Stop adding unnecessary pressure.
Accept a person’s truth and stop forcing them into the person I want them to be.
Show up authentically myself. No pretending!!!
CHOOSE YOU ROMEEKA (self care is a MUST and it’s not getting hair and nails done…its taking care of your mental and emotional health)
Lastly, THIS TOO SHALL PASS. Everyone has a hard season. It’s going to be ok.
I learned A LOT this year. I was tested A LOT and I’m praying that I passed the tests (there were SEVERAL 🙄)

You have literally taught me so much and I truly don’t know what I would have done without you. 2022 you were filled with life lessons both easy and hard. Because of that I am grateful. I walking into a new year wiser, more compassionate, more self aware than ever and ready to step into my calling. I am not sure what 2023 has in store for me and my family but I am here for it!
