I am so damn proud of myself! Not only is my body getting stronger but this journey is making me a stronger human. I’ve developed so much self confidence lately and the person who was second guessing himself is GONE. I’ve always been confident in dance but when it came to my personal life I was goin through so many changes that I was beginning to lose sight of who I was. One thing you will never see is me losing myself for the wrong person EVER AGAIN. This comeback is personal but to myself. This is just the beginning of what has already become such a beautiful journey. For the first time in a LONG time I can actually say that I am happy. The self discipline is seeing progress, the body is seeing progress, the mindset is seeing progress, and me myself and I is becoming such a great work in progress. Excited for the future but loving the drive there

This probably looks the same to most but it’s definitely NOT. This is my Progress from 1 month ago to now. Still got a long ways to go but I’m proud of the journey this far. Thank you @bodybymarkee for inspiring me and getting me together. I’m beginning to fall in love with this and my self discipline has been on a whole new level both physically and mentally. This journey has been life changing. I encourage my students and or friends to reach out to him and jump on this band wagon.
