Women’s Yoga at Carey’s Secret Garden is back this Saturday at 9am… for the rose lovers, the yoga lovers, the birdsong lovers and the lovers of good coffee… This is how the weekend starts. 💗

What a difference a few weeks make! The Osprey family are still doing well, with 022 delivering more than enough fish to feed CJ7 and the four rapidly growing chicks. The oldest chick is now 18 days old, so they all have plenty more growing to do before they prepare for fledging which usually happens around 55 days after hatching. We have a few tickets still available for the Osprey Tours at @careyssecretgarden this week, so you can come and see the nest in person by booking on the Birds of Poole Harbour Website. 🪡 Sustainable Sewing and Mending Workshops🧵 Take inspiration from the garden in the form of a flower, a bug or a butterfly and give your clothing a new lease of life with the addition of an embroidered motif. You may want to conceal a hole or embellish a garment. Simple stitches will be taught to bring your design to life. All materials and equipment will be supplied you just need to bring a piece of clothing or alternatively you can make an embroidered patch to take home.
