Training Shoulders & Back, 4 weeks post nationals, looked something like this...
1) Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x8
2) Machine Lateral raise 3x10
3) Wide Grip Pull ups 3x8
4) Kneeling Single Arm Cable Row 3x10
5) Reverse Pec deck 3x10
6) Tricep pushdowns (there is no sixth video 🙃 but I think you can trust me, I train my tri's 🤭)

I haven't been making any PBs these past few weeks but I also haven't lost any strength and when I look back at how much progress I've made since this time last year, I'm immensely proud. This is a slow and steady reverse for me as I try to keep things tight but not shredded for my wedding in July 💍👰🏻
Hands up if you get terrible stage fright & can’t walk in high heels to save your life 🙋🏻♀️🤭 Trust me, if I can do this, YOU can do hard things too 🤗

First week of training post comp - while still full of carbs and coated in a somewhat even layer of tan 🤭 My last week of upper body 3x week. Nobody can deny I've made some huge improvements in my delts this past year and now it's my glutes' turn 🍑🚀
