Hopefully the latest test is accurate. My symptoms started NYE - tested positive twice - once with home kit, &1 PCR. Had fever for a week. Luckily I still had my rona stash of OTC meds to start right away. Without conscientious treatment I would have gone to full-blown bronchitis almost immediately. Thought a few days ago I could finally drop the expectorant and the throat/bronchial gunk came right back. So back to the heavy-duty Mucinex. I'm twice vaccinated and boosted. It's no laughing matter, kids. I'm sure everyone's experience is different but for me the worst part apart from the congestion has been fatigue. Yesterday I drove through CVS and Taco Bell and carried my grocery delivery inside and was done! Blessed to be able to work from home with my feet up, tissue box and assorted liquids handy!
When a landmark Columbus restaurant family opens an eatery in my own back yard I'm here for it!
#Dad 'sConeysAndWraps is related to the family of the original #Talita whose authentic #TexMex locations have been around town as long as I can remember. Dad's menu leans more toward Amercan diner classics. Their beef Coney is as good as any you will find, and there's a familiar hit of heat in the coney sauce if you're a fan of Talita's red sauce! I also couldn't resist the #loosebeef sandwich which is a meal in itself - tender beef, cheese, chopped onion and pickle chips on a substantial brioche bun. I added a drizzle of mustard for the picture but it didn't really need it! You could order a sack of these for delivery and they would arrive in great shape because the bun keeps it together without getting soggy. Sides are generous and more than enough to share - this trip it was #tots with yummy white #queso sauce. I'll be enjoying leftovers for lunch tomorrow!
