I couldn’t sleep, and decided to go out for a quick onewheel ride and, not but two doors down, I caught a glimpse…
But why wait so late?
Because everyone has gone to bed, the quiet time is the right time sometimes, and with the luxury, and somewhat anxious mind, I chose to ride, and low and behold….🌕🙏💙👀👸🏻💪🙏❤️🔥 It was also the perfect time for my new neighbors!… As the day (here in the Bayshore - South Anchorage suburbs) brings far too many loud noises and peering eyes. But the evening, especially when it’s mid-June in the land of the midnight sun, is the right time to be out when the quietest time persists. A nice buffer from hungry predators, and a nice bountiful supply of edible greens; a well studied locale by this mother (cow) moose. She has been having her babies in the same spot for years (behind my

Before I explain why I posted a video clip of me doing yoga in my favorite cheap, non-elite underwear, I have to share that, today, I got back into my patented workout for the first time in months: Phükcball…
but this media clip isn’t that, it’s just showing what I did yesterday morning, but try to do every day, and still have to work on, (especially better lengthening my tight hamstrings-in due course) but, coming after 2 days of NOT doing sun salutations, it’s a bit of a stretch, as you may see, and I can feel the decreased mobility, and overall discomfort from escaping my increasingly favored mind/body/breathing calibration routine. I cannot make this up, having finally just watched @thebookofbobafett S1E5, I felt like a kid again watching this👾👾To me, this episode is the best Star Wars content since Episode 1. @brycedhoward This episode was a masterpiece😭❤️🔥 @jonfavreau thank you🫶🙏 The Episode 1 pod race-by far-is my favorite part of Star Wars. I will never forget seeing the pod race, in a nosebleed seat in the theatre in 1999 (8 years old)
