Join the Soul Skin Dance Workshop: a journey to heal and awaken the sensory, emotional and expressive awareness through dance theater . We will explore the countless senses of the body in a space designed to promote meaningful connections. We will work on the sense of belonging and emotional release, sharing untold stories, discovering new rhythms, freeing our hips and listening to our inner movements. The goal is for you to feel alive and at home in your own skin.

Going to a party without alcohol is definitely a completely different experience from what you might be used to. In fact, I wonder, why did I get used to it? I got used to pretending it was okay when I didn’t have enough space to dance. It was okay for someone to occasionally touch my body without my permission. It was okay not to be able to sit on the floor at the party since it’s always dirty and wet. It was okay to end up leaving with someone whose name I don’t even remember. Or it was also okay if I talked to everyone at the party but left feeling empty and alone. It was okay to wake up the next day and not remember everything that happened. It was okay to feel drained and apathetic in the days after the party. No. It’s not okay. We want you to enjoy differently, consciously, and connected. And it’s not easy work, the production party environment is sustained by the alcohol industry. But the focus here is the art, and we dedicate all our heart and skill to make it happen. An unknown group of women gathered to spend the whole day hiking a mountain. Much more than an escape from Barcelona, it was an INTENTIONAL gathering: Walking together through the ups and downs, honoring the mountain and everything it makes us feel. Starting the day by listening to each other and manifesting rituals. Many brought the presence of our ancestors, mothers, and grandmothers who were present in spirit.
