I am honored to end the weekend contemplating how my husband, my father and my brother have all been such a large part of my parenting journey• When our parenthood journey began, we committed to doing the best we could to blossom the three gifts we were given, and almost 30 years later, my husband is still the same dedicated father that wakes up every day with the goal of showing how much he loves these Shahidi Kids..side note 🌟 when @afshinashahidi discussed proposing to me, my brother Kevin said “NO GIVE BACKS” 😂 but what I think he really meant was “I GOT YOUR BACK”• and like the tree he fell from, my Pops has always been on speed dial as my parent, mentor, advisor, counselor and grandparent.
