Bernardo Pantaleon. Rest in power.
Bernardo was 30-years old, identified as non-binary, and lived in Phoenix, Arizona. Their brother described them as vibrant and full of life. “They put everybody first before themself. And they were just so brave.”
On November 26th, Bernardo was found in a park—murdered by three people who were threatened by Bernardo’s existence. They ended up sending pictures to Bernardo’s family on social media—harassing and taunting them. Their cousin is actively working to fix the hate crime laws in Arizona because of this.
Bernardo, thank you for being you. Words cannot describe the pain felt from losing you. Your life was one-of-a-kind, beautiful, inspiring, and your makeup skills were beyond 💖 We will never forget you. Rest in peace and power.
