Yesterday’s Virtual Tilt Workshop was absolutely INCREDIBLE ⭐️ It meant so much having dancers join us from all over the WORLD, especially all of you hard working superstars from the USA, there were a whole bunch of guys which was the coolest 🗺️🇺🇸 Thank you all again, it was such an awesome turnout and I can’t wait to see how those Tilts are looking in a few weeks! ❤️ #danceprescription

Laces absolutely slayedd this🔥 I mean, the power and height alone are just ridiculous! AND then it’s off one leg, like, hello? 😍 Which, might I add is a perfect exercise you can do to help strengthen your tilt jumps 😉 But, omg we have the Virtual Tilt Workshop in the morning followed by Melbourne #danceprescription training , and I am that excited - bring it on, you guys! 🎉
