On June 9, I will say farewell to
@HamiltonMusical . It has been an honor to perform for hundreds of thousands of audience members throughout North America and around the world.
When I first listened to the
#HamiltonMusical soundtrack in my NYC apartment, I looked at Wanda and said, ‘I’m going to play George Washington.’ I can’t tell you why I was so certain but for some divine reason, I knew.
I’ve poured my heart into this role with the hope that I could use my influence and steward this platform for the greater good onstage, backstage, and through charity/non-profit work. I never strived to be the best, but to be exceptional.

To my fellow company members over the past 4.5 years, it’s been a privilege creating sacred spaces where we could be vulnerable and fearless at the same time. It was some of my greatest inspiration.
To the fans and audience members, thank you for the generosity, kindness, and love you’ve shown. Some of my best moments on the road were because of you.
I sorely wish I could share my final performances with my family and friends at home in the U.S., but please know that I will be thinking of you.
What’s next for me? I have no clue 🤷🏾♂️ but it’ll be something good.
