Just had to share my latest sandwich #bekal that happened to be all vegan. Daily Doughs’ fave seed&grain, vegan grilled cheeze from @greenrebelfoods.id that’s out of this world and caramelized onion! Started with toasting le seed&grain, which is, per its name, loaded with wholesome seeds and grains. Its hearty texture is the perfect fun match for gooey, melty @greenrebelfoods.id cheeze. And the caramelized onions add the perfect touch of sweetness. It’s a simple but insanely delicious sandwich that’s become a new addiction in my kitchen 🙂‍↕️

One luscious bite of bittersweet, crusty-custardy coffee canelé by Peggy’s head baker @annaspradinap . All the contrasting flavors and textures packed so well in one little canelé. Batter was bitter-ish, coffee-based because we’re just rebellious like that. We like trying new things in Peggy’s and would stop for a second when we found something we really like to share it with you all. Only available for this weekend before we move on to another flavor! Going back to routine after a super long vacation isn’t that bad afterall! I kinda mind eating cold normal bread, but with Rugbrød it’s just a different game. I think it’s because of the texture play and the bold flavors. Currently a favorite: homemade ricotta, fresh berries, honey and nuts. Making homemade ricotta is fun and it’s a good way to do something for milk that been sitting in the fridge for a while. Local berries available to are mostly strawberries but this was also good with blueberries. Honey was from local favorite @maduuray ❤️ My favorite nuts for this would be walnuts or almond

The clown did it! We have a weird timeline in our relationship and for a while, I thought he’d just skip this part. Quiraing was so far the most beautiful hike I’ve ever been to, even before the grand gesture. And you made it into the most memorable one in my life, @avijay91 . That secluded meadow we found, out of the common path, surrounded by towering medieval rock pyramids, will forever hold these memories. In our lifetime, we may have the chance to revisit this spot, we may not. That day felt so surreal that we’d want to turn back time just to relive those moments. Well, we can’t do that. But I know that we together will weave more and more magical moments in the years to come. Cheers 🥂
