Our dream collab with THE BARBIE is here just in time for Women’s History Month. HUGE shoutout to the @barbiestyle team for creating this one-of-a-kind doll to celebrate our collab! It was so important to me for young girls out there to see a South Asian American Barbie, paving her own path and turning her dreams into a reality by unapologetically being herself. Although this doll isn’t for sale (yet😉), I’m grateful this visual representation exists. This is the next step towards our mission of creating a more inclusive world for the next generation.

TIME Magazine 2022 Next Generation Leaders 🧡
A little story: When @time contacted me and said they wanted to name me one of 10 world leaders on their 2022 list, I had a moment of “why me?” Today, after watching the video interview their team so beautifully put together (will post it tomorrow), I realize this moment is a manifestation of hard work I’ve put in for the last decade in the beauty industry for a community that deserves it. This moment is for every woman that doesn’t stop to see how far she’s come and doesn’t take a moment to acknowledge her accomplishments. Often times as women, especially WOC, we suffer from imposter syndrome when we are more than deserving and have put in the work. So this is for all of us. I’m proud and will be taking the time to let this one soak in. It’s a beautiful thing to be living out your purpose.

BESTIES APPRECIATION POST 🧡
Okay I know I’m mid euro trip, but @ultabeauty asked me to give my bestie a compliment and share how they are beautiful inside and out. The timing is wild bc this entire trip I’ve been reflecting on all my besties and the people that make me feel complete. I legit get super emotional thinking about my friends. 🥹
The older I get, the smaller the circle becomes. Values between bffs evolve and change and you know what? That’s okay. You’re allowed to have seasons with people in your life. I think it’s imp to release some people to make space for new people. I used to say “no new friends” but if I applied that thinking, I wouldn’t have some of the best friends in my life today.
People ask me all the time if I’m lonely, and the answer is a hard no. Being alone and lonely are too different things. I know I will never be lonely bc of the amazing humans I’m surrounded by. I wake up cheesing and go to bed with gratitude bc of these people. Such a special and lucky feeling. 🙏🏾
Thank you to my besties, old and new, for making my world beautiful and sparking joy. This life of mine wouldn’t be the same without yall! 🫶🏾

Some recs: You must try the cheesecake at La Viña..literally life-changing. I also did a 3 Michelin star experience at @azurmendi_atxa - tbh, my palette isn’t sophisticated enough to appreciate the food but I felt like I was in the movie The Menu (minus being terrified lol) so I’m glad we went.
QQ: are you a big foodie when you travel? Do you research ahead of time? I love that I was with friends who enjoy doing that stuff bc I’m not great at it. Hope these recs help your next trip! 🫶🏾
