Growing up in poverty and with NO parents taught me to Pray Daily because Pain will come but it won’t stay when I Pray & BELIEVE!! Now Believing comes when I’m Angry or Happy in Life & I never Sway even when the world puts pressure on me to Not believe. EVERYONE is going to have some kind of Pain & in the end, WE ALL will Pray! #KeepBelieving & #KeepPraying #KeepSmiling 😊💙

Being angry at other people for things happening to or around you is 1 of the first signs that looking in the mirror is the best start to healing yourself. #MentalHealth should ALWAYS be a priority because without controlling “IT”, means “IT” will Control You! #Healing &Happiness are just spelled different. #HealToBeHappy is the Goal 😃💙💯

I put Young People in Charge of what they like to do (Coaching, Being a Teacher, Business Person, or A Parent) to TEACH! Example: I make them the Head Coach of a Team & when the players DON’T Listening, Turn the Ball Over, & DON’T Pass the ball, we see how they handle that. Most will get upset & that’s when we remind them of how much they complained when we Tried to Teach them those same things. 😂 This MENTAL LESSON teaches them to see our View of Life Choices & to understand why we do what we DO as LEADERS!! #Stamina🗣️ #LA84 #MentalHealthMindset
