As I’m sure you saw, The Ride will be closed temporarily. Like many of you, the bike is my release, my escape and the only time I can truly let everything go around me. However, this is your chance to challenge yourself. Just like I say everyday in class. “You are in control.” You can control your mindset, your perspective and your attitude during this time and I will be there for you if you need anything at all. Do not hesitate to reach out to me if you need help or just want to talk! Although it seems like everything is closed, you do not have to be closed off to love, peace or compassion. Please stay open to those things and don’t cancel them in your life. You are stronger than you know, and we will all get through this together.
