La comunidad LGBTIQ+ está de fiesta y queremos que tú formes parte de esta celebración única. Este mes celebramos nuestro orgullo, el derecho de amar sin ser juzgados, nuestros vibrantes colores y todos los logros que hemos alcanzado con el tiempo. Aunque todavía queda camino por recorrer, juntos seguimos luchando por la igualdad y la equidad.

Ingredients: • 1 cup almond milk • 1 banana • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) • 1 scoop Prozis Mass Gainer powder mix • 1 scoop Prozis 100% Whey Hydro Isolate • 2 tablespoons Prozis Protein Granola • 1 tablespoon Prozis Peanut Butter
Instructions: 1: If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. Peel the banana. 2: In a blender, pour in the almond milk. Add the banana and strawberries. Blend until smooth. 3.Add Powders: Add the Mass Gainer powder mix and Whey Hydro Isolate. Blend again until the powders are well incorporated. 4: Add the Prozis Protein granola and the Prozis peanut butter to the mixture. Blend briefly to mix them in, but not so much that the granola loses its crunch entirely. 5.Pour the shake into a glass. If you prefer a colder shake, you can add a few ice cubes during blending.
Optional: • For extra thickness, add a few ice cubes or use frozen strawberries. • To adjust sweetness, you can add a teaspoon of honey or a few drops of vanilla extract.
